What types of payment options are available?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We currently offer payment only by credit card. However, we plan to offer more payment methods in the future.

How long before I get my product?

Please allow 1-2 weeks delivery for non-customized products and 2-3 weeks for delivery of customized products. All orders will be sent in one shipment. All USA and Canada orders will be sent FedEx Ground. All Alaska, Hawaii and International orders will be sent FedEx Express.

What if I want to order large quantities?

Please send an email to sales@func.net for pricing and further details.  NOTE: Custom orders are available in minimum order quantities of 100 units. Custom shapes are subject to a higher minimum order quantity. Other restrictions may apply. Contact our sales department for details.

Can I track my order?

No.  This functionality is not currently available; however the next version of our Custom Gear utility will have the ability for our customers to track their orders using a tracking number.

I haven't received my order, who do I contact to inquire about the status of it?

If it has been 2-3 weeks since you ordered your product, please send an email to support@func.net containing your name, address, telephone number, email address and the OrderID# listed on your Order Confirmation.

Why are you charging me tax on my order?

We charge sales tax on orders shipped to California as required by law.

I received a defective product, what do I do?

Func is committed to producing the highest quality products and we have strict quality control guidelines in place throughout the manufacturing process. However, if you believe that you have received a defective product, please send an email to support@func.net.

Customs and taxes vary depending on the size of your order and the country in which you live. Please contact your local tax and customs authority to determine the requirements in your location.
